- As an organization, we've been teaching students to play since 1997. Last year, students of all ages took more than 15,000 music lessons from us.

- We are the only music school in Kansas that offers Garten's Music discount cards for our students. This saves them money throughout the year. Garten's sells music books, supplies and accessories. All of our current students receive a student discount card that saves them money on all of their music supply needs.
• Morning and lunch time lessons for home schoolers, retirees, college students and working professionals.
- Since we are a full-service music school, we offer lessons as early as 9 a.m., and we teach many students between the hours of 11 a.m.-2 p.m. If you are a home school parent, retiree, college student or working professional who has a flexible schedule, take advantage of our morning and lunch time lesson spots.
• A family safety plan for your security!
- If you're studying onsite, all of our studios have observation windows in every door so you can watch your child's lesson without disrupting the educational process. (Of course, you can sit in on their lesson anytime you like.) All of our teachers have undergone four state and national background checks. Plus, all our teaching studios have A/V security cameras! We take our students' safety seriously.
• Fully stocked lesson rooms for on-site learning.
- All lesson rooms are equipped with everything you need, including (if appropriate) amps, keyboards, pianos, and more. (You will want to bring your own instrument if you're not studying piano or voice.)
• Free Student Showcase concerts.
- Every parent wants to know how their child is doing and if they are really progressing. And every child deserves the opportunity to perform in front of others. The best way for this to happen is with one of our biannual Student Showcase concerts. A far cry from the "recitals" of old, these concerts are fun, optional, low-pressure and stress-free. And, they are free. Unlike some music schools, we don't charge admission fees for concert participation.
• Picture & Video Day.
- In conjunction with our concerts, we offer a free picture day, using professional backdrops and lighting. This is a service that you will love. Adult students are welcome too! Students can bring their instruments to the photo shoot and wear whatever they like
- We also shoot video of our students' performances for the benefit of friends and family that cannot attend our concerts. (See link below.)
• Professional office staff.
- Many studios are staffed only by the teacher, or more commonly, their voice mail. We have office staff who are available at the front desk to assist our clients.
